Kraken确认已秘密提交IPO申请，据称其估值已缩水超60亿美元

PANews 4月15日消息，据CNBC报道，加密交易所Kraken联合首席执行官Arjun Sethi在Semafor世界经济峰会上确认，Kraken已秘密向美国证券交易委员会提交IPO申请。 德意志交易所集团已承诺投资2亿美元 ，换取1.5%的完全稀释股权，对应估值约133亿美元，较去年11月200亿美元的估值缩水超过60亿美元。去年11月Kraken曾宣布提交S-1表格注册声明草案，但当时未确定发行时间。不到一个月前，Kraken曾因加密市场低迷冻结IPO计划，当时比特币较去年10月纪录高点下跌40%。
