PANews 4月14日消息，据CoinDesk报道，白宫数字资产总统顾问委员会执行主任Patrick Witt表示，《数字资产市场清晰法案》（Clarity法案）推进过程中的稳定币收益争议已达成妥协，其他障碍正在逐步清除。Witt指出，解决稳定币收益问题是推进法案的前提条件，目前该妥协方案有望保持稳定。其他悬而未决的问题包括去中心化金融领域的非法金融保护措施，以及民主党要求禁止包括特朗普在内的高级政府官员从加密行业获利。Witt表示，谈判已取得实质性进展，多项问题已接近解决。该法案需在参议院银行委员会举行标记会议后方可推进至参议院全体投票。美国银行家协会周一回应称，白宫关于稳定币收益不会威胁银行存贷款基础的报告存在缺陷。
