PANews 4月13日消息， Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire 在韩国表示，公司不会在未有执法或法院指令的情况下冻结涉及黑客与漏洞事件的 USDC 地址，称私自干预用户资产属于“重大的道德困境”。此前 DeFi 协议 Drift 遭约 2.8 亿美元攻击，其中约 2.3 亿美元 USDC 经 Circle 跨链协议从 Solana 转至以太坊，引发 ZachXBT 等链上分析者批评 Circle 未冻结相关资金。 Allaire 称 Circle 仅在法律框架内执行冻结，并正推动美国 Clarity Act 为稳定币发行方提供在极端情形下预防性冻结的“安全港”条款。同时， Circle 与韩国两大交易所 Upbit 母公司 Dunamu 及 Bithumb 签署合作备忘录，推动 USDC 在当地合规拓展。
