PANews 4月7日消息，据Cardano基金会官网，Cardano 与风投机构 Draper Dragon 宣布启动 Orion Fund（Draper Dragon Ecosystem Fund），目标规模 8000 万美元，用于投资 Cardano 原生及集成项目，重点布局 Real-World Assets（RWA）和机构级 DeFi，以提升 Cardano TVL 与链上活跃度。基金由 Draper Dragon 管理，Cardano Foundation 作为宪制管理方提供生态与技术支持，并通过无所有人主体 Arouet Holdings 将部分收益回流 Cardano 国库。Draper University 将作为加速合作方提供创业加速与人才培养。基金将优先支持利用 UTXO 模型打通 Bitcoin 流动性与 Cardano 功能性的项目，并通过公开 KPI 面板和季度生态圆桌增强透明度与社区监督。
