PANews 3月31日消息，据财新网披露，蚂蚁集团收购香港稳定币概念股耀才证券完成交割，以28.14亿港元获其50.55%股权，耀才证券董事会全面改组，现任蚂蚁集团旗下蚂蚁财富板块海外业务筹备组组长郑艳兰、现任蚂蚁集团资深副总裁黄浩、现任蚂蚁集团首席财务官刘政等获委任为执行董事。
