PANews 3月15日消息，据央视新闻报道，美国总统特朗普当地时间3月14日称，伊朗已表示愿意就停火进行谈判，但目前提出的条件“还不够好”，因此美国暂时不会与伊朗达成结束战争的协议。特朗普在接受采访时表示：“伊朗想达成协议，但我现在不想，因为条件还不够好。”他未具体说明谈判条件，但表示任何协议都必须“非常坚实”，并暗示伊朗必须完全放弃其核计划。在谈及军事行动时，特朗普称美国和以色列的打击已严重削弱伊朗的军事能力。他表示，美军已经摧毁伊朗大部分导弹、无人机及相关生产设施，并称相关能力“在两天内将被彻底摧毁”。特朗普还确认，美军已对伊朗石油出口枢纽哈尔克岛发动打击。他表示，美方“几乎完全摧毁了该岛”，但刻意避免破坏关键能源管线，以免重建需要多年时间。
