PANews 3月13日消息，以太坊基金会理事会发布名为“EF Mandate”的文件，系统阐明其在以太坊生态中的角色与职责。文件强调，以太坊需保持抗审查、开源、注重隐私与安全（CROPS），以服务用户主权，并降低被经济攫取的风险、优化使用体验。EF称将专注承担其他参与方难以长期负责的关键任务，并表示该“Mandate”既是内部成员的行动纲领，也可作为社区参考的“部分宪章、部分宣言与部分指南”。
