PANews 3月5日消息，据财富杂志报道，多位知情人士透露，a16z crypto正在为其第五期基金募集资金，目标规模约为20亿美元，计划在2026年上半年完成募资。a16z Crypto于2018年推出首只3亿美元基金，此后每只基金规模均超前期，2022年曾募集45亿美元的巨额基金。尽管新基金规模不及上一只的一半，但消息人士称，a16z Crypto计划缩短募资周期以应对加密行业趋势的快速变化。知情人士称，第五期将完全聚焦区块链投资。
