PANews 3月5日消息，据彭博社报道，华尔街两大主要监管机构正在推进针对加密行业和快速增长的预测市场的监管计划。美国证券交易委员会（SEC）已向白宫信息和监管事务办公室提交了一份委员会层级的指导意见，涉及“联邦证券法对特定类型加密资产及涉及加密资产的特定交易的适用性”。该指导意见可能为加密资产建立代币分类标准，明确哪些代币属于SEC管辖范围。商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）也已向OIRA提交了一份关于预测市场的措施，该机构正考虑为行业制定新规，包括发布拟议规则制定的预先通知。SEC主席表示，该机构将考虑围绕加密资产代币分类提供解释性指导，以确保投资者和创新者清楚了解其监管义务。CFTC主席此前已宣布将为预测市场制定新规。
