PANews 2月17日消息，原中国银行副行长王永利撰文《巨额货币新增量从何而来》，其中指出现代货币已经彻底从金属本位制纸币转化成为不再跟任何具体的可交易财富品种锚定，货币理论和实践都已充分证明，锚定任何具体财富都必将造成货币总量难以跟随可交易财富价值总额的变化而变化，并将因为货币短缺而严重束缚或阻碍交换交易和经济社会的发展，所以重新回归金属本位制或为货币重新寻锚（如比特币等加密资产、稀土、能源等），都是对货币本质和发展规律的误解。
