PANews 2月14日消息，据塔斯社报道，俄罗斯央行第一副行长Vladimir Chistyukhin在Alfa Talk会议上表示，俄央行计划于2026年开展一项关于创建俄罗斯稳定币可行性的研究。Chistyukhin称，俄央行传统立场是不允许此类操作，但考虑到多国实践，将重新评估相关风险与前景，并将研究结果提交公众讨论。
