贝莱德拟通过“iShares比特币溢价收入ETF”为比特币投资带来收益

PANews 1月27日消息，据The Block报道，贝莱德已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交了iShares比特币溢价收入ETF（ iShares BTC Premium Income ETF）的注册声明，旨在为比特币投资提供收益生成功能。

该基金将直接持有比特币以追踪现货价格，同时通过主动管理的“备兑看涨期权”策略产生收益，其投资顾问将主动出售看涨期权——主要针对贝莱德自家的IBIT份额，有时也针对其他追踪比特币的ETP指数，并将获得的期权权利金作为收入。该产品若获批，将为比特币ETF投资者提供一种类似以太坊或SOL基金通过质押产生收益的收益机制。
