PANews 1月12日消息，财新网于1月10日更新《历经波折终被引渡回国 东南亚赌诈大佬佘伦凯的罪恶一生|前事·后事》，其中披露佘伦凯旗下区块链项目“亚太新城 ”的唯一合作伙伴是新加坡区块链公司BCB创新有限公司，基于BCB区块链的Fincy支付软件也在亚太新城内推广，意图打造东南亚版的微信，Fincy与BCB具有相同母公司以及相似股东成员，提供法币与数字货币的撮合兑换交易，以及线上游戏。业内人士指出，通过提供法币与数字货币的兑换及网络游戏，相当于引入许多不相关的参与方，将大额资金化整为零，最后汇集至以游戏为外壳的赌博平台，很大程度上削弱了对资金流向的监管。
