PANews 1月9日消息，据Zcash基金会声明，针对Electric Coin Company（ECC）团队成立新Zcash公司一事，基金会重申Zcash是一个去中心化、开源的协议，无任何单一团队或机构掌控。网络由全球独立节点维系，协议开发、研究资助、基础设施及治理去中心化等使命将持续推进。基金会强调，此类组织变动不会影响Zcash主网运行，区块生产与交易处理一切正常，用户资产与隐私依然安全。
