比特币和以太坊近期呈现冲高回落、弱势震荡的行情，受ETF资金流出及假期流动性低等因素影响，短期以区间震荡为主，变盘窗口临近。日图级别布林带持续走平且呈缩口迹象，预示变盘突破临近。四小时MACD空头微弱放量，日图及四小时级别短周期均线在价格上方形成压制，限制反弹空间。

晚间操作建议：比特币现价88000-88500直接进空，目标86500-85500附近；以太坊现价2980-3000附近直接进空，目标2850-2900附近。
