PANews 12月16日消息，据英国金融行为监管局（FCA）官网公告，为推动可信、可持续与具竞争力的加密市场，FCA发布新一轮加密资产监管建议并启动公众咨询。核心内容涵盖资产发行与信息披露、市场操纵防范、交易平台规范、中介责任、Staking与借贷保护、DeFi监管适用性及机构稳健要求等。FCA强调监管应促使投资者充分认知风险而非消除风险。意见征集截止日期为2026年2月12日。
