博链财经BroadChain获悉，7月1日，据The Block，在 S-1 表格生效前进行的最新一轮谈判中，美国证券交易委员会（ SEC ）将 S-1 表格退还给其潜在的 以太坊 ETF 发行商。
据消息人士称，这些被退回的表格只附有少量评论。发行人已被要求在 7 月 8 日之前处理这些评论并重新提交。
这意味着在 ETF 最终开始交易之前，至少还需要进行一轮申报。然而，S-1 表格没有特定的截止日期，发行商需要依赖美国SEC 的处理速度。
