博链财经BroadChain获悉，3月11日，据Cointelegraph，泰国 SEC 修改了其规则，允许推出投资于在美国交易所交易的 比特币 现货ETF的私募基金。
不过，只有机构投资者和“超高净值个人”才能投资这些比特币ETF基金。
此前，管理资产管理公司投资的法规并未涵盖 数字资产 ETF，根据泰国 SEC的法案，资产管理公司只被允许提供被归类为证券的资产交易。
