Telegram已接近盈利并拟赴美IPO，此前曾计划2025年上市

博链财经BroadChain获悉，3月11日，据英国《金融时报》，据最新披露数据显示，Telegram 用户已达到 9 亿，正接近盈利。

Telegram 创始人 Pavel Durov 透露，目前 Telegram 收入已达到数亿美元，预计2024年或2025年实现盈利后上市，美国或是其潜在上市地点。

另据俄罗斯塔斯社此前披露，Telegram 曾计划于 2025 年第二至第三季度举行首次公开募股，投资者将可以选择将在二级市场购买的 Telegram 债券转换为股票。

如果在 2025 年 3 月之前举行，则计划享受 15%的折扣；如果在 2026 年 3 月之前举行 IPO，则计划享受 20%的折扣。
