博链财经获悉，8月2日，美国支付公司Square(NYSE:SQ)发布公告称，将以价值290亿美元的股票收购澳大利亚金融科技公司Afterpay。
与此同时，Square将在澳大利亚证券交易所 (ASX)二次上市，以允许Afterpay股东交易Square股票。
8月2日(周一)美股盘前，Square(NYSE:SQ)大跌超4%，报236美元。
