根据现有资料，公司谨此知会公司股东及ICO投资者：杭州存信数据科技有限公司已与第三方人士（原政界、商界资深人士）共同注册了一家数据科技有限公司，公司全称是：杭州靖轶数据科技有限公司，主营业务是做政府区块链项目的开发以及运营。
该业务上线后，可以与公信宝数据交易所无缝衔接，为公信宝数据交易所进入政府这条跑道打下夯实的基础。
同时，将以该新公司的名义入股某省的大数据交易中心，并承接该数据交易中心的开发、运营以及与公信宝的对接。
