Binance founder CZ to open the December 3–4 summit, alongside leaders from Franklin Templeton, BlackRock, DTCC and other global institutions
Louvre Abu Dhabi will open its doors to digital assets and AI for the first time as Proof of Talk brings its executive summit to the Gulf on December 3–4, 2026. Following four editions at the Louvre Palace in Paris, the event marks a new chapter for Proof of Talk, bringing together leaders from global finance, digital assets and emerging technologies at one of the region’s most prominent cultural landmarks.
Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) will open the two-day summit, which will bring together up to 2,000 senior decision-makers, founders and investors, with participation by invitation or curated application. The confirmed speaker lineup includes Jenny Johnson, president and CEO of Franklin Templeton; Richard Teng, CEO of Binance; Tony Ashraf, head of digital assets for the Middle East at BlackRock; Nadine Chakar, global head of digital assets at DTCC; and Kim Hochfeld, senior managing director and global head of cash, digital and securities lending at State Street Investment Management.

StableDay, a dedicated program on focused on stablecoins and tokenized money, will take place on December 3. Bringing together leaders from traditional finance and digital asset companies, the program will feature main-stage discussions and smaller roundtables exploring payments, tokenization and the evolving role of digital money. The roundtable format is designed to encourage direct exchanges between participants rather than traditional speaker-and-audience discussions.
Speakers listed for StableDay include Maurice Gravier, group chief investment officer at Emirates NBD; Jayesh Patel, CEO of Wio Bank; and Mike Kuehnel, chairman of Copper. The roundtable format gives participants an active role in discussions rather than a traditional speaker-and-audience setup.
The summit will also feature Proof of Pitch, giving early-stage companies an opportunity to present their businesses to investors and industry leaders. Separate tracks will focus on digital assets and AI, with the AI program expanding into a dedicated main-stage block on December 4.
Building on its Paris editions, Proof of Talk’s Abu Dhabi debut extends the summit’s approach of bringing senior financial executives, technology founders and investors together for direct discussions. The event will maintain a curated format, with attendance capped and speakers selected by the program team.
Taking place at Louvre Abu Dhabi in the Saadiyat Cultural District, the summit will coincide with Abu Dhabi Grand Prix week, December 3–6, and precede Abu Dhabi Finance Week, December 7–10, positioning it within a series of major international events taking place in the emirate.
