Some requests may still be under review or being processed on-chain, and the team is working hard to resolve them as soon as possible.
Users experiencing withdrawal delays can submit their UID, withdrawal order number, application time, asset and network information, and a status screenshot through official customer service channels. The platform reminds users not to trust unsolicited private messages and not to share passwords, mnemonic phrases, private keys, or verification codes.
WOO X also stated that it reserves the right to take legal action against any behavior that fabricates, distorts, or maliciously spreads false information that damages the reputation of users or the platform, and reminded users to rely solely on official announcements and information from customer service channels.
As previously reported, ChainDetective ZachXBT issued a community alert stating that over the past three days, multiple verified WOO X users reported that their withdrawals were stuck in the "pending" or "processing" status.
