According to Huoxun Finance, Polymarket has launched an audit of app startups, promising to help users track suspected insider trading activity. These copy trading apps provide clients with lists of traders with proven track records on the Polymarket platform, or flag unusually large, oddly timed bets—potentially based on confidential information. Clients can use bots to replicate these trades or receive seemingly attractive trade notifications, for which the apps charge a service fee. Polymarket and its main competitor, Kalshi, have reportedly faced scrutiny regarding insider trading. Last month, Polymarket introduced clearer rules on insider trading and its enforcement.

According to Huoxun Finance, Bitcoin briefly broke through the $76,000 mark. On-chain data shows that a whale that previously sold 255 BTC short currently holds approximately 1,031 BTC (about $78 million) in short positions, with a liquidation price of $76,420.83, which is approaching the risk zone. This address has accumulated a floating loss of approximately $423.9 million on Hyperliquid. If Bitcoin rises further, it may trigger forced liquidation, amplifying market volatility.

According to Huoxun Finance, the Ethereum Layer-2 network Scroll suffered a significant loss of funds due to the migration of top decentralized application Ether.fi to Optimism, resulting in a decrease of approximately $160 million in Total Value Locked (TVL) and an annualized fee loss of approximately $13 million. Scroll stated that it will propose dissolving its decentralized security committee and reducing DAO members to lower operating costs, with network control being transferred to an internal team. Furthermore, Scroll briefly increased network gas fees by 1280 times after the protocol migration, causing users to pay over $50,000 in additional fees; this has now been corrected. After this adjustment, Scroll's TVL has decreased to approximately $23 million. The official statement indicates that all contract changes will remain transparent and traceable on-chain.

In the past hour, total liquidations across the network reached $97.26 million, with $12.75 million from long positions, with $84.51 million from short positions. BTC liquidation $53.88 million, ETH liquidation $33.57 million.
