According to the email, the prices for the V4 Pro and V4 Flash models will remain unchanged during normal times, but the API price will be doubled during peak hours. Peak hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily. Odaily Planet Daily reports that Strategy launched its "Digital Credit Capital Framework" on Monday, disclosing conditions for potential future Bitcoin sales. The company's board of directors has approved a plan allowing Strategy to sell up to $1.25 billion worth of Bitcoin to replenish cash reserves, pay for products such as Stretch (STRC), or, where appropriate, repurchase securities such as common stock. Strategy co-founder and executive chairman Michael Saylor stated that the company continues to view Bitcoin as a primary treasury reserve asset, while Digital Credit requires liquidity, discipline, and active capital management. Saylor said the framework aims to strengthen credit quality and reduce expected preferred stock dividend payments when it has a synergistic effect. Strategy did not disclose any new Bitcoin purchase plans and stated that its USD Reserve has recovered to $2.25 billion. The company stated that at current levels, its cash reserves can cover approximately one and a half years of dividend payments.
