Chromia and TAC Bridge Ethereum to TON, Powering Telegram’s Web3 Future

Chromia has officially collaborated with TAC, the purpose-built Layer-1 network that aimed to resolve Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatibility with The Open Network (TON). This partnership will provide an infrastructure through which Telegram Mini Apps (TMAs) can perform their blockchain capabilities in a more enriched manner involving TAC bridging technology and even Chromia layers of data decentralization.

This merging will enable developers employing TAC to implement EVM Johnson-based wise contracts in Telegram’s ecosystem. Such contracts are completely within TON architecture and avoid the restrictions that EVM-based dApps are frequently subject to on Telegram.
