Injective Introduces Validator Rebate Program to Boost Network Participation

Injective, the open layer 1 blockchain network that develops DeFi apps, has launched a new program for delegators called Validator Rebate. According to an official announcement made on the 28th of May, 2025, on the social media platform X, this campaign will help delegators get enhanced rewards on their new delegations.

Validator Rebate Program to Continue to Operate for Next Two Months

This new initiative launched by Injective will aim at incentivize delegators who are holding inactive or idle $INJ tokens for staking. The program will continue to operate for the next two months from the 27th of May to 27th of July, according to the tweet.

Commission rebates will be given to validators who have been committed to the ecosystem of Injective consistently. Four major validators including Informal Systems, Kiln, Zellic, and SCV will be able to get commission rebates on their new delegations as long as the campaign goes on. Zellic is a blockchain security powerhouse which became Injective validator in the year 2024. The present stake amount of Zellic is 4.22 million $INJ and their commission rate is 5%.

While on the other hand, Informal Systems is a validator of Injective since the year of 2022. It’s the second major validator of Injective after Zellic and has the stake amount of 3.99 million INJ. It’s commission rate will also be 5% till the 27th of July, 2025 which is the last date of this validator rebate program. These four major validators have helped Injective develop and strengthen its ecosystem

How to Participate in Injective’s Validator Rebate Campaign?

These are two categories of delegators who can participate into this new campaign of Injective , according to the official tweet. The first category is the new delegators. These can earn commission rebates by staking their $INJ tokens into the participating validators during the period of the campaign.

While on the other hand, the second category is Existing delegators. They will have to increase their current amount of $INJ for staking and they will only receive commission rebates on the new amount they add.
