Starbase

Starbase is an Ethereum-based crowdfunding platform that provides full technical support for innovative projects to raise funds through ICOs. Starbase will not only help blockchain projects crowdfund, but also enable innovative projects in non-blockchain industries to enjoy the quick, low-cost financing that ICOs offer. Starbase will develop multiple types of tokens and smart contract templates (consumable, payback, increment) to make the process modular and lower the technical barriers to issuing icOs. Starbase also plans to build a decentralized human resource communication platform to support project crowdsourcing.
