QLC Chain is a decentralized network as a Service (NaaS) platform for communication network public Chain. It is the world's first infrastructure-level public Chain with built-in communication capability. QLC Chain allows each QLC holder to benefit from network services.

QLC Chain is a distributed communication service platform constructed by multi-dimensional block dot matrix, mainly including (1) distributed security in communication process (digital identity authentication, privacy encryption and encrypted storage); (2) Distributed billing (trusted billing, anti-fraud communication, phone bill payment); (3) P2P addressing (ipv6-based digital identity and Chord network optimization).
