GET protocol provides a blockchain-based smart ticketing solution that ticket companies and event organizers can use to completely merge the primary and secondary ticketing markets, thereby eliminating scalpers. The mission of the GET Agreement is to promote honest ticketing worldwide. The GET Agreement Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, whose mission is to make ticketing fair and transparent, so that fans, organizers, artists and others can enjoy ticketing services.

Q2 ticketing company ITIX has joined the GET protocol. The second ticketing company to announce the use of the GET protocol: ITIX. The theater-specific company handles 2 million tickets a year and started the induction process in mid-2019. Read more about ITIX and GET. Smart tickets issued under GET are used for events in several European countries. GET Protocol is one of the initial service partners of Klaytn, a global blockchain developed by GroundX, a subsidiary of South Korea's largest mobile platform Kakao, with more than 50 million monthly users. GUTS Tickets has expanded further, offering Tickets for multiple stadium shows and partnering with event organizers in the electronic dance industry. GUTS also got a stamp of approval from the Dutch police as a place to buy tickets without the risk of being swindled.

The GET protocol is intended for ticketing companies to use as a stable and stress-tested back-end blockchain infrastructure. By achieving this milestone, other ticketing companies can integrate value-added blockchain capabilities into their existing and operational ticketing services. Mainstream adoption: GUTS facilitated the buyback of 90.000 Tickets GUTS Tickets released 90.000 GET-supported Tickets for over 50 theater shows. To drive these event cycles, GET repurchases from the open market are facilitated on behalf of event organizers. All integrators that continue to repurchase GET agreements from the open market need a certain amount of GET to sell tickets transparently and fairly. The first version of the mobile application is complete and operational. While the functionality of the application is still basic, they are an important starting point for improvement, feedback gathering, and testing. An updated version of the App can be found on the Android Play Store and iOS App Store. The first users of the GET protocol were constantly testing new features and assumptions. More tickets are being sold every week. Check out all the events currently on sale in the GUTS Ticket Events feed. Whereas previous GET ticketing activities were registered on Kovan Beta, the Ethereum mainnet will now be used for all TICketing activities for all GET users. GUTS Tickets, the first operating ticketing company under the agreement, will distribute 50,000 GET Fuel Tickets for more than 35 theater shows. To drive these event cycles, repo Gets are conducted from the open market.

In less than 2 hours, GUTS 'Smart ticketing app processed over 300,000 unique visitors and successfully sold 18,000 blockchn-registered tickets to 20 theatre shows for Jochem Myjer.

More and more real-life ticketing is happening as smart ticketing applications are piloted in complex ticket-type events, such as seating theater performances and dynamically scheduled business meetings. Examples of these pilots are Jochem Myjer's theatrical performance and business networking event Get In The Ring.

Several of the region's largest event production companies support GUTS 'ambitious plans to stop scalping and fraud. Among these supporters are artists, administrators and agents of internationally renowned artists. GUTS Tickets' smart ticketing application was tested in a real-world use case.
