Tranches are tokenized asset management and derivatives trading agreements. The concept of Tranchess was first proposed in early 2020 and has rapidly evolved into its current state. Inspired by the ability of some funds to cater to users' different risk preferences, Tranchess aims to provide different risk/return matrices from a single primary fund that tracks specific underlying assets, such as BTC. Tranchess's vision is to empower DeFi users with asset management capabilities.
