The official stated that around 19:00 on October 31, abnormal withdrawal activities were detected on the svmBNB to SOON mainnet cross-chain bridge. The SOON Foundation discovered this anomaly at 22:00 and immediately shut down the cross-chain bridge services. Currently, the foundation has regained control of the bridge and is conducting an in-depth investigation. The cross-chain bridge will remain suspended during the investigation, with further updates to be announced later.
