Odaily星球日报讯 美国货币监理署（OCC）鼓励社区银行发展支付稳定币业务，并考虑申请成为获准的支付稳定币发行方。OCC 上周敲定《GENIUS 法案》相关规则，该法案将于明年 1 月开始实施。这一倡议提出之际，多家银行业团体反对 OCC 关于稳定币收益的拟议规则，认为其偏离《GENIUS 法案》的国会立法意图。美国独立社区银行家协会本月早些时候起诉 OCC，指控加密公司未受同等监管要求约束，因而较社区银行更具优势。（Cointelegraph）
