NVIDIA launches DSX POD AI factory to accelerate infrastructure deployment in Europe

Odaily Planet Daily News: NVIDIA today unveiled the DSX POD, a complete 'AI factory' reference design based on the Vera Rubin architecture. Built by partners within modular containers and fully integrated and validated before delivery, these containers can be immediately operational upon arrival at the site after connecting to pre-prepared power, cooling, networking, and other supporting infrastructure—reducing deployment time from six months to as little as 14 days. The DSX POD shifts the integration and installation of computing, networking, cabling, rack-level power, and liquid cooling to manufacturing facilities, eliminating the extensive planning, construction, specialized labor, and logistics typically required for on-site deployment. Pre-tested in factories, the containers reduce risks associated with component delays and costly, error-prone on-site work, shortening the path to model training and production inference, enabling customers to start generating tokens and creating revenue earlier.
