Odaily Planet Daily News: Four days after the UK High Court ruled that Chinese law applies to the dispute over 60,000 bitcoins in the Qian Zhimin case, another hearing was held, granting approximately 16,000 Chinese victims involved in the UK recovery efforts the right to appeal the legal jurisdiction ruling dated October 12. Lawyers from all parties also discussed issues including litigation costs related to the previous jurisdiction dispute, whether the roughly 16,000 individual applicants should continue pursuing claims, and the procedures for withdrawal.
