Odaily星球日报讯 由 Tether 支持的比特币财库公司 Twenty One Capital（NYSE: XXI）公布 2026 年第二季度财务业绩，公司录得 4.135 亿美元净亏损，主要受比特币持仓价值下降拖累。财报显示，Twenty One Capital 二季度亏损中约 4.015 亿美元来自其比特币资产账面价值下滑。由于公司采用比特币作为核心资产配置，BTC 价格波动直接影响其财务表现。新任 CEO Raphael Zagury 表示，Twenty One Capital 未来不能仅仅作为一家“比特币财库公司（Bitcoin treasury）”存在，而需要向更广泛的金融服务平台转型。Zagury 提出，公司下一阶段计划将围绕三大方向展开，包括：通过并购扩展业务版图；利用资本市场工具提升融资能力；探索基于比特币抵押的贷款业务。（The Block）
