Odaily星球日报讯 纽约南区联邦地区法院法官 Andrew Carter 裁定，暂停美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）针对美国陆军特种部队一级军士长 Gannon Ken Van Dyke 提起的民事案件，等待相关刑事案件结果。检方于 7 月提出暂停申请。Gannon Ken Van Dyke 被指利用非公开信息，在 Polymarket 与委内瑞拉总统 Nicolás Maduro 下台相关的事件合约中获利超过 40 万美元。美国司法部称，其于今年 1 月参与推翻 Maduro 的行动。刑事及民事案件均于 4 月提起。Van Dyke 已对全部指控表示不认罪，并申请撤销刑事起诉，案件最早可能于 2026 年末或 2027 年初开庭审理。（Cointelegraph）
