Odaily Planet Daily reports that Strategy founder Michael Saylor posted on the X platform that BIP-110 only had a 2.54% support rate at block 960,561, with only 24 out of 946 blocks issuing signals. All signals came from DATUM miners sharing rewards through OCEAN; there were zero signals from outside OCEAN. The 55% voluntary threshold could not be reached, indicating this is not miner consensus. Saylor pointed out that OCEAN has set the BIP-110 signal as the default option, and the BIP-110 guidelines direct node operators to Bitcoin Knots and miners to DATUM, effectively acting as a vertically integrated marketing campaign for Knots and OCEAN.
Michael Saylor: BIP-110 has only 2.54% support, failing to reach a consensus among miners.
