According to Huoxun Finance, Principal Mineral is acquiring Isola Group, backed by Cerberus Capital Management. Isola Group primarily manufactures key materials for printed circuit boards (PCBs), with products widely used in automotive, aircraft, and AI server electronics. Principal Mineral, headquartered in Dallas, USA, focuses on building a localized PCB supply chain. The specific amount of the acquisition was not disclosed. Simultaneously, the company announced approximately $280 million in new funding to expand operations, led by Overmatch Ventures and The New Industrial Corp.
