According to Huoxun Finance, Binance responded to questions regarding its EU license, stating that it remains committed to serving European users and will conduct business in accordance with regulations. With the MiCA transition period approaching, Binance is adopting a user-first, prudent strategy to minimize the impact of business adjustments and plans to announce subsequent arrangements by June 30, 2026. Over the past 18 months, Binance has maintained constructive communication with regulators and participated in the MiCA approval process. The Greek regulator has completed its review of the application and deemed it compliant with MiCA requirements; the application is currently under review by ESMA. Binance noted that delays in MiCA authorization could weaken market liquidity, competition, and user choice, or potentially drive some activities out of the EU. It will continue to seek compliant operations and provide updates.
