Factory releases its 2.0 system, building an enterprise-level "software factory".

According to CoinWorld, Factory has announced the launch of its 2.0 system, upgrading its product positioning from an auxiliary tool for individual programmers to a "software factory" spanning the entire development process. The new system aims to streamline the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis, code development, testing and security, deployment, and operational monitoring, achieving fully automated operation of the development pipeline. The system can automatically locate bug reports and generate fix plans, and automatically deploy after writing code and performing security scans. Factory 2.0 is not tied to any large model, allowing enterprises to specify different platforms for different stages and automatically allocate them through smart routers. In terms of data control, it supports deployment with built-in keys, local privatization, and complete physical isolation, ensuring that sensitive code does not leave the internal network. The system divides autonomy into different levels; simple routine modifications are executed directly by the droid agent, while complex development is handled by the "missions" system through multi-agent division of labor. Currently, Factory is already running in production environments at companies such as NVIDIA, Adobe, Palo Alto Networks, EY, Wipro, and Adyen.
