According to AiYi, Richard Heart, the founder of HEX and PulseChain, allegedly transferred 47,200 ETH (approximately $151 million) to the mixing protocol TornadoCash through four addresses. These addresses currently hold approximately 63,423 ETH, worth about $204 million.
