Binance Rolls Out Binance Intelligence, a Three-Part AI Suite for Users and Developers

Binance has put its AI products under one name, Binance Intelligence . Co-CEO Richard Teng and VP of Product Jeff Li unveiled the stack in a livestream on Monday. It has three parts. Binance AI is a free layer that adapts market information to each user, and Binance AI Pro is an agent that turns plain-language ideas into trading workflows. The third, Binance Agent OS , is a developer platform. Binance says in its announcement that the aim is to narrow the gap between everyday users and market professionals.

Not all of it is new. Agent OS has been live since August 20, and an earlier version of AI Pro has been in beta since March 25. What arrives now is the free Binance AI layer, which starts rolling out today, and AI Pro in a freemium form, due in the second half of October. The current beta stays available until further notice, according to Binance’s overview page. The beta was priced at a discounted $9.99 a month against a listed regular price of $29.99. The new Premium tier costs 19.99 USDC a month, with a free tier below it.

What each product does

Binance AI is the free layer. A new “For You” tab uses generative UI to rearrange itself around a user’s knowledge level, interests and the products they use. A spot trader, a futures trader and someone focused on stocks see different screens. It adds a market brief covering crypto, stocks and macro that refreshes every four hours and can be read or played as audio, plus smart tool tips and widgets such as a stock tracker, an ETF tracker and a PnL recap. Master Trade shows how experienced investors approach asset allocation. Rollout is gradual, starting today.

AI Pro is the paid agent. A user describes an idea, say monitoring a portfolio for big moves or diversifying across crypto and stocks, and the agent returns a strategy alongside a visual flowchart. On desktop the user can edit the flowchart’s modules or keep refining through chat, while mobile users get the chat only. Each live strategy runs in its own sub-account, funded only by manual transfer from the user, and Binance says the agent can’t move funds on its own. Standard users get monthly credits to generate and preview strategies. Premium adds live deployment, paper trading, a choice of AI models and the option to top up credits. Li said the difference from general-purpose AI is that this agent works from Binance’s own market data, execution and research.

Agent OS is for developers, and for users who’d rather bring their own AI. It bundles Binance’s APIs, the Wallet Agentic Hub, Binance x402 for programmable payments, a Skill Hub and Model Context Protocol support, so tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex and Cursor can, with a user’s permission, read account data and place supported trades. Agents can be given dedicated subaccounts, and access can be revoked. Binance has said its MCP server can’t process withdrawals to external addresses. The company says Agent OS has passed 280,000 daily calls since August. The release doesn’t say how many developers or how much trading volume sit behind that figure.

Rivals are already in the same race

Binance is arriving in a field that’s already busy. Coinbase launched Coinbase for Agents in June, letting tools like ChatGPT and Claude trade through natural-language instructions. Kraken told CNBC in July that it’s rebuilding its app around agentic trading. OKX launched an agent marketplace around the end of June, and Bybit rolled out an in-app agent, Bybit AI, on September 9. All of it has landed during what CNBC called a prolonged bear market in crypto prices. Binance is taking both routes at once, opening Agent OS to outside agents while building AI Pro into its own app.

What the release and the fine print leave open

The sub-account caps what an agent can reach at whatever the user transfers in. Binance’s overview page says agents run only within the limits the user sets, but the release doesn’t spell out what those limits cover, such as a cap on losses or on leverage. The March beta could trade perpetual futures and borrow with leverage through its sub-account, and whether the new version keeps that isn’t stated. Nor is it clear how approval works. The release says users review and approve any workflow or trade before it’s executed, yet also that live strategies run around the clock, which leaves open whether the sign-off comes once per workflow or on every trade. Region-by-region availability isn’t listed either. That matters because Binance serves some markets, the US among them, through a separate, narrower platform , and not every derivatives or stock-linked tool is offered everywhere.

The disclaimer is blunt. Binance says its AI is used at the user’s own risk and provided as is, that prompts may be used for training, and that outputs can carry errors, bias, outdated information or unvetted third-party content. Nothing it produces counts as advice. Users who configure AI tools themselves, or let a third party do it, indemnify Binance against liability. Binance AI is rolling out now, AI Pro follows in the second half of October, and Agent OS is already live.
