Recording data on the blockchain is only the first step.

Every transaction and contract event can be written to the blockchain, but "existing on-chain" does not equate to "easily usable by applications." If each query requires sifting through a large number of blocks and logs, development costs, response times, and maintenance complexity will all increase. Anubis Chain now has Subgraph support from The Graph Network. Developers can define the on-chain data to be indexed according to application needs, from smart contract events to protocol activities, and then connect to wallets, browsers, dashboards, AI agents, and other data-driven applications through query interfaces. The value of the index layer is to organize the raw on-chain records into a data structure that applications can continuously read. However, the index does not change the final state of the on-chain, nor does it automatically guarantee the correct interpretation of the data; developers still need to check the data model, synchronization state, query logic, and exception handling, and avoid indiscriminately including sensitive information in the public index.
