On August 31, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and tZERO announced a series of cooperation agreements. The two parties signed an MOU, under which tZERO will participate in the design of digital transfer agent and brokerage infrastructure to support on-chain settlement for ICE's upcoming NYSE-linked tokenized securities platform. ICE also agreed to invest in tZERO's latest funding round and obtain a license to use its related blockchain patent portfolio. This cooperation is still subject to regulatory, technical, and operational conditions, and the platform is not yet fully launched. Anubis believes that once institutional-grade RWAs are on-chain, in addition to opening up liquidity, it is also necessary to protect trading strategies and retain compliance verification capabilities. The value of selective privacy is not to hide everything, but to establish verifiable disclosure boundaries between public markets and sensitive information.
