According to BlockBeats, on August 1st, Binance founder CZ posted on social media regarding the "Coldcard wallet suspected vulnerability leading to the theft of over $38 million in Bitcoin," stating, "Even hardware wallets can have vulnerabilities. Even long-established wallets can have vulnerabilities. To reduce risk, you might distribute your funds across several wallets? But that introduces another set of risks. Nothing is 100% secure."
CZ: Even hardware wallets can have vulnerabilities; there is no such thing as 100% security.
