The BZEX international digital asset trading service platform has accepted the HES project party's adjustment application, and will make the following adjustments to the HES aggregation trading rules and unlocking rules at 00:00 (UTC + 8) on December 28, 2019:

1. The actual transaction quantity of the pending purchase orders participating in the currency transaction is ≥ 500;

2. The price of the pending order to participate in the currency transaction ＞ the opening price on the transaction day;

3. The price of the pending order to participate in the currency transaction> The opening price of the day when HES goes live (0.42250USDT);

4. The maximum daily release of 1027 HES for each account transaction mining.

Remarks:

1. If the order meets the conditions 1, 2 and 3 at the same time, 0.4 HES can be released for each order, and after 1027 are released, the release will no longer be performed;

2. Every day at 0:30 am, the system scans all eligible orders from 0:00 to 23:59 yesterday for release, and transfers the HES that should be released from the locked account to the currency account.
