AgentBNB, an independent project building a non-custodial AI trading agent on BNB Chain, has opened the presale of its utility token, $AGNT. The idea is simple to state: you write your trading rules in plain words, an AI agent trades from your own wallet, and a smart contract makes sure it never steps outside those rules. Every move the agent makes, and every move it is refused, is logged on-chain with its reason.
Join the $AGNT presale: connect your wallet at agentbnb.xyz/presale and pay in USDT, USDC, BNB or ETH. No sign-up, minimum purchase $10.
Why AI agents need a referee
In August 2026, AI agents were formally admitted to crypto trading when Binance launched Agent OS, connecting assistants such as ChatGPT and Cursor to its trading infrastructure.
The trust problem did not go away. On exchange-based agent rails, funds stay custodial, users have to assemble the agent themselves, and oversight of what the agent does is left to them. AgentBNB’s team points to a deeper issue: a prompt tells an agent what to do, but nothing stops it from doing otherwise. A model that misreads an instruction, hallucinates or is manipulated has the same power as one that behaves.
AgentBNB’s answer is to split the work. The AI does what only an AI can do: understand the user and explain itself. The contract does the one job an AI should never be trusted with: holding the line.
AgentBNB is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Binance. “BNB” in the name refers only to the public BNB Chain network the protocol is deployed on.
How the product works
The product runs in three layers.
Mandate. You describe what the agent may do, for example: “keep 60% in stablecoins, buy BNB for 50 USDT every week, exit everything if the account is down 15%.” A model compiles that into a formal policy with token and venue whitelists, position and daily volume caps, stop rules and schedules. You review the policy, not the prose, and sign it.
Agent. An AI runtime with a fixed toolset on BNB Chain: swaps on whitelisted DEXes, lending and yield deposits, staking, transfers between your own addresses and revoking token approvals. It works from an ERC-4337 smart account that you own, using a session key. A contract called Policy Guard checks every operation and rejects anything outside the mandate.
Proof. Executed trades and refusals are both written to the Execution & Refusal Log, along with the mandate version and the agent’s stated reason. Anyone can verify from the chain that the agent never left its mandate.
You can pause the agent, change the mandate or revoke the session key in a single transaction. The platform has no withdrawal rights over user funds.
At launch, the public beta covers two ready-made roles: Accumulator, which buys the majors on a schedule, and Rotator, a higher-risk role that rotates into the strongest sectors inside your whitelist. Both start with reduced position caps. No role comes with a performance guarantee.
How the presale is structured
The presale offers 300,000,000 AGNT, 30% of supply, across 10 rounds of 30,000,000 tokens each. The price rises every round: the whitepaper ladder runs from $0.0080 in Round 1 to $0.0170 in Round 10. The planned listing price is $0.02 on a BNB Chain DEX at TGE, scheduled for Q1 2027.
The hard cap is about $3.72M, with an initial target of $2.4M. Buyers receive 50% of their AGNT at TGE and the rest linearly over two months. Unsold presale tokens are burned at TGE. Check the live presale page for the current round and price.
How to buy $AGNT
- Get a wallet you control: MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Rabby, OKX Wallet or any WalletConnect wallet.
- Fund it with USDT, USDC or the native coin on BNB Chain or Ethereum, plus a little for gas.
- Open the presale page linked above, connect the wallet and choose the coin and amount.
- Confirm in your wallet. AGNT is credited to your address at the price of the round open when the payment lands on-chain.
Pay from your own wallet, not an exchange address: tokens are credited to the paying address. The minimum is $10 per payment. Every connected wallet also gets a referral link that earns 10% of purchases made through it.
What the $AGNT token does
$AGNT has a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens on BNB Chain, with no minting. Its planned uses:
- Gas and execution: agent operations are paid in $AGNT through a paymaster, so your account never needs a BNB balance.
- Revenue share: 50% of all platform fees go to $AGNT stakers, paid in USDC. Rewards come from fees, not emissions, and no yield is projected.
- Fee discount: 50% off the performance fee when paid in $AGNT.
- Access and governance: staked balances raise default position caps, unlock Pro mandates and carry votes on new roles, whitelisted venues and risk defaults.
The platform charges a 10% performance fee on realized profit only. No profit, no fee.
What comes next
Q4 2026 covers the presale, the Accumulator and Rotator beta and the public log explorer. Q1 2027 brings a SolidProof audit, TGE, staking and team disclosure. Q2 2027 adds the Treasurer and Sentinel roles, a mobile app and governance.
The contracts are not audited yet; the SolidProof report is scheduled to be published before TGE. Full details are in the AgentBNB whitepaper . To see the mechanism before committing anything, the mandate simulator lets you write a mandate and watch the contract execute or refuse moves in a simulated 14-day market.
Risk note: AgentBNB is an early-stage project. $AGNT is a utility token, not an investment product. Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and you can lose your entire contribution. Nothing here is financial advice; do your own research. Availability may be restricted in some jurisdictions.
