Binance Adds Salesforce and Hims bStocks Trading Pairs

binance main1

Binance announced on Sept. 9 that it will add tokenized-securities pairs tied to Salesforce and Hims & Hers Health to Spot trading at 12:00 UTC. The exchange identified the products as CRMB and HIMSB bStocks and said withdrawals are scheduled to open one hour later.

The official Binance announcement also says the products will become available through Binance Convert shortly after the Spot opening. The rollout is limited to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions and does not constitute a listing of the companies’ ordinary shares.

Trading starts with two USDT pairs

Binance plans to open CRMB/USDT and HIMSB/USDT first. Spot algorithmic trading bots are due to activate with the listing, while rebalancing bots are expected within 24 hours. Binance said users will also be able to exchange bStocks against BTC, USDT and other supported tokens through Convert.

The exchange is pairing the launch with temporary fee incentives. Maker fees for the two USDT markets are set at zero from the listing time through Sept. 30, while Binance says Convert transactions will carry no fee. Those terms are promotional conditions, not a statement about the products’ market performance.

bStocks are certificates rather than company shares

Binance classifies bStocks as certificates representing specified financial instruments. Holders do not directly own Salesforce or Hims & Hers shares, and the products do not imply an affiliation between Binance and either company. Binance says direct stock holdings can be converted one-to-one into the corresponding bStock without a conversion fee.

The announcement identifies separate BNB Smart Chain contracts for CRMB and HIMSB. That onchain format puts the products alongside a growing range of equity-linked tokens. BlockchainReporter recently covered how Anchored brought tokenized stocks to Uniswap through Arbitrum , a different structure and venue from Binance’s exchange-based rollout.

Access remains tightly restricted by jurisdiction

Binance says bStocks are offered under an approved prospectus in Abu Dhabi Global Market and only on a secondary-market basis for eligible users. They are not offered or accessible in the United States or to U.S. persons and have not been registered under U.S. federal or state securities laws.

The exchange also warns that moving tokenized securities back into the central securities depository environment depends on specified conditions. If those conditions are not met, a holder may be unable to trade, redeem or otherwise handle the product within that environment. The restrictions make eligibility and transfer mechanics central to the listing, rather than incidental fine print.
