As for why it was suspended, we have no idea. The account was fully paid and just used for basic emailing and Drive docs for a game company. Nothing out of the ordinary or strange about the usage. It’s a centralized service like most email, so if they wanted to suspend our account, they can of course. It’s the outright locking us out of documents with no way to recover that’s incredulous.
