彭博社ETF分析师James Seyffart猜测，贝莱德可能是收到了 SEC 的通知。
加密行业专家Gabor Gurbacs对此解释称，对于发行商来说，显然某些事情可以提前完成（但也许不应该）。在这种情况下，提前与监管机构核实会更为谨慎。
